Summary
Developed and implemented Zankou Chicken’s digital marketing strategy, inclusive of social media presence, third-party delivery platform representation, branded app and online ordering platform, and community management. Worked with the team to put together point-of-purchase materials in each location to educate guests on additional offerings.
Became familiar with Toast POS, marketing portals of all third-party delivery apps, Incentivio, and Tattle.

Social Media Photography
In the Fall of 2022, a cool tone was utilized for social media photography. As part of Zankou’s rebrand for 2023, we transitioned to a warmer style to evoke a sense of welcome. Below are samples from both seasons. The below pieces represent content planning, photography and editing skills, and food styling with a relatable and real-time aesthetic.
Influencer Relations
Zankou launched its online ordering platform in March of 2022. Their app came later that Fall. To generate awareness for these more convenient ways of ordering, we coordinated partnerships with SoCal-based influencers. For both campaigns and the launch of Zankou’s Harissa and Tzatziki, we partnered with over 50 influencers and formed long-term relationships with each, resulting in over 125 pieces of coverage.
